REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL RATES:
Early Bird Participants:
- Accomplished online Registration Form submitted on or before 31 July 2018.
- Submitted scanned copy of proof of payment with the online registration form.
Accepted Paper Presenters:
- Submitted accomplished online Registration Form on or before 31 July 2018.
- Submitted scanned copy of proof of payment with the online registration form.
Graduate Students:
- Must be a bonafide graduate student at the time of registration
- Submitted accomplished online Registration Form
- Submitted copy of any proof of current enrolment (valid student identification [ID] card, registration form) and proof of payment with the online registration form.
DepEd/SUCs teachers:
- Must be a DepEd/SUC teacher/employee at the time of registration
- Submitted accomplished online Registration Form
- Submitted copy of proof of current DepEd/SUC employment (valid employee identification [ID] card) and proof of payment with the online registration form.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The Registration Fee covers the conference kit and food (Days 1 and 2: AM/PM snacks and lunch; Day 3: heavy snack).
2. All accepted presenters are required to pre-register online and pay the Registration Fee on or before 31 July 2018.

Deadline of Pre-registration of accepted paper presenters: 31 July 2018
Deadline of Early Bird Registration: 31 July 2018
Deadline of Online Registration: 17 August 2018
4. Those interested to attend the conference but did not register online will have to register as walk-in participants on the first conference day.
The Registration Fee is non-refundable but transferable. Registration fees can be transferred to substitute participants only after a formal request is relayed on or before 15 August 2018 and upon the approval of the Conference Organizers. Please contact the ICTED secretariat at ictedph@up.edu.ph to request any changes in the submitted names of presenters or participants.
