The submission and review of abstracts for ICTED 2018 will be managed through an online conference management system called “Easychair” (www.easychair.org). This system enables the author to upload an abstract and check its review status online.
To submit an abstract, please follow the instructions below:
1. Setting up an account as author
|Go to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icted2018. You will be redirected to a log in page for ICTED 2018. To set up an account, click “create an account”.
|Type the CAPTCHA word/number provided or tick “I’m not a robot” and click “Continue”.|
|Create an Easychair account by providing your complete name and email address. Click “Continue”.|
|You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the given link in the email, then continue with your account registration.|
|Complete your account registration by filling out all the required fields. Finally, click “Create my account”.|
|After you have successfully set up your account, log in to the conference submission system using your User name and Password. You may use the link:|
2. Submitting an abstract
|Log in to the Easychair website for ICTED 2018. Click “New Submission” located at the upper left corner of the menu bar.|
|Follow the instructions and fill out all the required fields.
Note: You must use the same email address that you used when you signed up for an Easychair account.
|Enter the following information about your submission:
– Limited to 200-250 words for paper/poster/ RTD submissions
– Limited to 600 words for workshop submissions, inclusive of workshop procedures;
c) Keywords (at least 3);
d) Strands (Click one); and
e) Presentation Category
(paper session (250-word abstract), workshop (600-word extended abstract), poster presentation, round-table discussion)
f) In addition, upload a copy of your abstract in PDF and MS word format. Click “Submit”.
